It‘s time yet again to express my heartfelt thanks to you for all the positive feedback following our concerts, which reached us online, per post and through other channels.
As you may know, our current ‘Weltenbrand’ Tour with the Bavarian Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra, directed by Mark Mast, is particularly close to my heart. Twelve participants out of nine different nations perform alongside my long-time stage partners Jo Barnikel, (who also wrote the arrangements) Fany Kammerlander and Severin Trogbacher.
I cannot begin to tell you, how much fun it is to hit the road with such a wonderfully idealistic, ambitious team.
After all those years, we are able to experience the songs, just as I have always dreamt of performing them. We had a fabulous concert evening in the Cologne Philharmonie last night and are all looking forward to playing for you at the Laeiszhalle, Hamburg on Thursday 17.10. @ 20h. This will be followed by many other concerts until the end of this year, the last one being on 30.12.2019 in – Mainz. And even in 2020 you will be able to catch up with us and the Weltenbrand Tour, with our first live concert on 1.5.20 in Karlsruhe.
As you know, it’s only a few days ago that we have released our new Weltenbrand Album. I am not the best at self-promotion of course (we all know how much useless product hints and information we can collect... ).
Nevertheless, I am very pleased to let you know about a new release of a 3 LP version of Weltenbrand, strictly limited to 500 copies. This LP Album is sold exclusively at the concerts’ merchandising stands, via jpc or through our Sturm & Klang online shop. As such, like other individual artist shops, it also offers opportunity to bypass the big corporations and it supports our non-commercial online magazine "Behind the Headlines".
